| Some people who have sensitive semicircular canals in the |
| internal ears or poor digestion are susceptible to travel sickness. |
| Others may suffer the sickness owing to the lack of sleep, |
| overwork, and eating something indigestible. |
| Looking up with your eyes closed in a direction of the |
| movement helps you not to get sick. |
| Stimulating "Tubo" is also suitable to travel sickness
as the |
| sickness is mostly originated in troubles in nervous systems. |

|
| In preparation for travel, the application of MAGRAIN to (1)-(7) |
| in the following figure will prevent the sickness. In the case you
|
| cannot prepare and unfortunately become sick, pressing strongly or |
| pinching points (4) and (5) in the figure will ease your unpleasant
|
| feeling. You can apply MAGRAIN to each point after you feel |
| better. Prompt care is desired if somebody can help you to |
| apply MAGRAIN. However, if you are alone, you should wait until |
| a vehicle makes a stop, in case you feel unpleasant again by moving |
| your head |
